These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WaxedRail operated by WAXEDRAIL LTD (Company Number 16968344), including https://waxedrail.com, the Progressive Web Application (PWA), maps, profiles, media uploads, community features, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

The Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 18 years or older.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly permit minors to use the Platform.

WaxedRail includes content related to extreme and high-risk sports.

You acknowledge that participation in activities shown on the Platform may result in:

  • serious injury
  • permanent disability
  • property damage
  • or death

You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

4. NO SAFETY OR LEGAL GUARANTEES

We do not verify or guarantee:

  • safety of locations
  • legality of spots
  • accuracy of user content
  • accessibility of places

A location shown on the Platform does NOT mean it is safe or legal.

5. USER ACCOUNT

You are responsible for:

  • maintaining account security
  • accuracy of information
  • all activity under your account

We may suspend or delete accounts at any time without prior notice.

6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Users may upload:

  • photos
  • videos
  • locations (spots)
  • comments
  • events

By uploading content, you grant WaxedRail a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for Platform operation and promotion.

You confirm that your content does not:

  • violate laws
  • infringe rights of others
  • promote illegal or dangerous activity

We may remove any content at our sole discretion.

7. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Platform to:

  • promote illegal activity or trespassing
  • upload unsafe or misleading spot information
  • harass or harm other users
  • distribute illegal content
  • impersonate others
  • exploit minors or sensitive content

8. MAPS AND LOCATION DATA

The Platform includes maps and geolocation features.

You acknowledge:

  • WaxedRail does not verify any location
  • spots may be private, restricted, or dangerous
  • you are solely responsible for your actions in any location

9. COMMUNITY AND INTERACTIONS

You are solely responsible for interactions with other users.

WaxedRail is not responsible for:

  • offline meetings
  • accidents
  • disputes
  • fraud
  • injuries
  • harassment

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Platform content (excluding user content) belongs to WAXEDRAIL LTD.

You may not copy, distribute, or reuse it without permission.

11. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for:

  • violations of these Terms
  • illegal activity
  • risk to users or Platform integrity

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAXEDRAIL LTD is not liable for:

  • injuries
  • deaths
  • damages
  • financial losses
  • disputes
  • misuse of content

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
