1. RESPECT THE COMMUNITY

You must treat other users with respect.

Do not:

• harass, bully, or threaten others
• discriminate based on race, gender, nationality, or identity
• encourage violence or abuse

2. NO DANGEROUS OR ILLEGAL INSTRUCTIONS

You must NOT post content that:

• encourages illegal activity
• promotes trespassing
• gives unsafe or misleading instructions for extreme sports
• encourages reckless or life-threatening behavior

3. SPOT QUALITY & SAFETY

When sharing locations (spots):

You must NOT:

• fake or misrepresent locations
• intentionally upload dangerous or misleading spots
• mark private or restricted areas as public
• encourage unsafe access to infrastructure (railways, rooftops, construction sites, etc.)

4. HONEST CONTENT

Content must be truthful.

Do not:

• upload fake tricks or misleading edits
• impersonate other riders or brands
• misrepresent events or competitions

5. NO SPAM OR ABUSE

You must not:

• spam content or comments
• post repetitive promotions
• manipulate engagement (fake likes, bots, etc.)

6. SAFETY FIRST

WaxedRail is an extreme sports platform.

However:

• safety always comes first
• users are responsible for their own actions
• do not encourage unsafe attempts beyond skill level

7. REPORTING & MODERATION

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Guidelines.

Users can report:

• dangerous content
• illegal spots
• harassment
• misinformation

8. ENFORCEMENT

Violations may result in:

• content removal
• temporary suspension
• permanent ban
